• If you received a defective, damaged, wrong size or wrong item, please review our refund policy below.

  • Returns

    • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
    • Note: If you have changed your mind or decided you didn't like your purchase or had no use for it, we cannot accept your return.

  • Return Process

    • Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact support@zuerclothing.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to return your item.
    • Return Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is incorrect, you will receive a full refund (outbound shipping cost will not be deducted).

  • Refunds

    • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
