  • Order Processing

    • Order Changes: address modifications or order cancellations should be done within 24 hrs. Once your order has been fullfilled, we are unable to make any changes.
  • Shipping Rates and Estimates times

    • Origin: All products are manufactured and shipped from Bangkok, Thailand.
    • Domestic Shipping: Order delivery within 1-3 days.
    • International Shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location, which could take up to 7-21 business days
    • Optional Shipping: Costumer can request for a specific provider, for example; CDEK shipping to Russia & Kazakhstan. Also, any shipping fee exceeded from the budget will be discuss afterward.

  • Order Tracking

    • Order Tracking: You can track your order using the tracking number, which will be provided through your order confirmation email within 24 hours after the package is shipped.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    • International Orders: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. As we mark all the parcels as gift and declare a low estimated value on the shipment, If this unexpected event occurs, please know that it is your responsibility. Returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a 20$ restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages

    • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@zuerclothing.com, we will do our best to resolve this issue.
    • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos or video before open the package. If the product is damaged, please contact us immediately for further assistance.
  • Incorrect Shipping Addresses

    • Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
    • Address Corrections: If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@zuerclothing.com while we will do our best to make changes, we cannot guarantee address corrections once the order has been processed.
